Reflection and rest
Unhurried time away from routine — for silence, journaling, prayer, sleep or simply walking. Participation is optional at every point.
Retreats
A retreat offers what a busy week cannot: unhurried quiet, honest conversation, the company of other women who understand — and the space to bring what you discover back home in a form you can keep.

What a retreat offers
Unhurried time away from routine — for silence, journaling, prayer, sleep or simply walking. Participation is optional at every point.
Small-group conversations with women at similar turning points. You can share as much or as little as you wish; no one is required to disclose their history.
Guided reflection, gratitude and release practices are offered alongside practical sessions on boundaries, order and money. Nothing is mandatory.
A written plan for the first thirty days back: what you will carry forward, what you will release, and what you will calendar before the retreat ends.

Details
A retreat will only be announced once venue, dates, capacity, price, inclusions and policies are settled. Until then there are no deadlines, no scarcity and no “sold out” history — because there is not yet anything to book.
Join the interest list and you will be the first to receive full details when they are available — including how to ask about accessibility needs and privacy expectations.
Retreat interest list
Add your first name and email. That is all. You will receive one update when the retreat details are published — no sales pressure and no deadlines invented along the way.
First name and email are all that are required.
