Forms on this site request only your first name, email address and — optionally — a broad area of interest. You may also choose separately to receive occasional emails; that choice is never required to receive a resource or a reply. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers, medical or criminal history, or sensitive legal documents through public forms.
How we use it
We use what you share to send the resource you requested, reply to coaching or retreat inquiries, and — only if you opted in — send occasional updates. We do not sell your information.
Sensitive topics
You are never required to disclose personal history to use this site. Please avoid sending sensitive details through forms or email; if you choose to share more in a coaching conversation, you decide what and when.
Service providers
Form submissions are stored and delivered through the platform that hosts this website, which also provides spam protection via Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers process information on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you have shared with us, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
