Coaching

Structured supportfor your next chapter.

One-to-one spiritual life coaching and educational workshops for women rebuilding after adversity. This page explains how the work unfolds, who it suits, what to expect and where its boundaries are.

Two women of different ages in a warm, attentive conversation

What coaching is

A structured partnership in reflection and action. You bring your life, your faith and your questions; Lorinthian brings a framework, honest conversation and help turning insight into a step you can actually take.

  • Spiritual life coaching, grounded in prayer and reflection
  • Practical money awareness and organization
  • Boundaries, confidence and self-advocacy
  • Small business education, grounded in real skills and demand

What it is not

Clarity about boundaries protects everyone. Coaching is deliberately not these things, and Lorinthian will say so openly.

  • Not therapy, counselling or medical care
  • Not legal, tax, credit-repair or investment advice
  • Not a guarantee of any financial or personal outcome
  • Not accredited coach certification or practitioner training

If you need professional treatment or advice, please seek a qualified provider. Coaching can sit alongside other support, not in place of it.

The process

Five steps, from first request to steady action

Inside those sessions the work follows the Next Chapter Practice — Ground, Discern, Choose, Act, Review — so every conversation ends with something specific.

  1. 1

    Request information

Send your first name, email and a broad area of interest. Nothing more is required, and no personal history is requested.

  2. 2

    A short introductory conversation

A brief conversation to understand what you are hoping for, what coaching can and cannot do, and whether this is the right support right now.

  3. 3

    Choose your pathway

Find steadiness, reconnect with yourself, face the money, explore work or business, or make room for spiritual renewal — or a blend that fits your season.

  4. 4

    Reflect, organize, act

Each session pairs honest reflection with practical work: a boundary, a document, a conversation, a calendar, a small test of an idea.

  5. 5

    Review and adjust

Looking at what moved and what did not, so the plan stays realistic and stays yours.

Suitability

Is coaching the right support for you right now?

You may be a good fit if…

  • You are rebuilding after a transition and want a plan, not only encouragement.
  • You want your faith and your practical decisions in the same conversation.
  • You are willing to reflect honestly and take small, real steps.
  • You want structured support without having to explain everything about your past.
  • You want someone who respects your judgment and doesn't decide for you.

Coaching may not be the fit if…

  • You are in crisis and need immediate clinical or emergency care.
  • You need legal, tax or investment advice from a licensed professional.
  • You want a guarantee of a financial or personal outcome.
  • You want someone else to make your decisions for you.

Expectations

What you can expect from a coaching relationship

Clear expectations are part of respect. Here is what participation involves.

Format
One-to-one coaching sessions, plus educational workshops for groups. Specific packages, schedules and pricing are confirmed directly when you request information.
Privacy
You are never asked to disclose your history to access support, and you decide what to bring to each conversation. See the Privacy Policy for how this website handles your details.
Your pace
You decide what to bring to each conversation and when. Nothing is forced, and nothing is expected of you in a fixed order.
Your decisions
Coaching helps you decide clearly. It does not decide for you, and it does not promise an outcome.
