Meet Lorinthian
Lorinthian K. Jones
Spiritual life coach and educator
Lorinthian works with women rebuilding after adversity, and with women who have carried others for years and now want space for their own renewal. Her work holds an honest spiritual life and a practical plan together.
She teaches through spiritual life coaching, educational workshops and a library of original resources — always with dignity, and never with a requirement to explain your past.

Her philosophy
Faith is not a substitute for a plan. A plan is not a substitute for faith.
When a woman is rebuilding, she is often offered two things that are kept apart: encouragement that stays warm but vague, or practical advice that ignores the heart of what she believes. Lorinthian works where those meet.
Prayer is treated as a source of clarity rather than a substitute for decisions. Gratitude becomes a way of seeing resources that are already present. Release becomes a boundary. Order becomes a calendar, a document, a money task. The spiritual life and the practical life are not separate projects — they are the same life.
Nothing in this work suggests that hardship is proof of weak faith, that words alone produce money, or that giving purchases a return. And forgiveness is never treated as something that requires reconciliation, renewed contact or abandoned boundaries.
You are the decision-maker. The work is to help you decide clearly, and to act on it.
Who she serves
Women beginning again — for many different reasons.
You do not need to tell anyone which of these is yours. The support is designed so that you can choose it without explaining it.
- Women navigating divorce or separation
- Women returning to the community after incarceration
- Women rebuilding after a significant loss
- Women coming out of burnout or prolonged caregiving
- Women recovering from financial setbacks
- Women in any major life transition or fresh start

A first conversation
What it is actually like to begin
You are never required to describe your past. You are asked what has been taking the most room in your week, and what you would like to be different. From there, the conversation moves between reflection and practical planning.
The work is designed around one written output at a time — a situation statement, a question to ask, or a step with a date on it.

Her approach
What working with Lorinthian is actually like
Sessions are conversational and structured at the same time. There is room to think aloud, to pray, to be honest about what is hard — and there is always a practical thread that turns reflection into something you can do.
Lorinthian does not diagnose, prescribe or promise outcomes. She helps you organize your own thinking, name your own priorities and take steps that fit your real life and real resources.
Dignity first
No shaming, no pressure to disclose, no labels applied to you.
Faith and judgment together
Prayer and reflection support your decisions — they do not replace them.
One real step at a time
Progress is measured in actions you can keep, not promises you can't.
Honest about boundaries
Coaching is not therapy, legal advice or financial advice — and Lorinthian will say so.
